"IF YOU WANT TO SEE IT, YOU HAVE TO BE IT"
You can quote me on that. This quote popped into my head today on an airplane while I was experimenting with creating "presence" within "the chaos". Anyone who knows me knows that I simply do not enjoy flying. Today was no different except today I decided to make a different choice.

I chose to try some techniques to help me create stillness WITHIN myself. You probably know what I am going to say next? Yep! You got it. Once I created some stillness within myself then the physical reality of stillness appeared in my reality. The turbulence stopped, the children calmed down. You get the picture.

During this brief experience with stillness that quote came into my head. I like to think that it came straight from the source itself. The quote came into my head because there was finally some SPACE for it to arrive. "If you want to see it, you have have to be it". I think I'll put that in my quote of the day. Have fun with it!
